Sleep and affect your weight

Post  roxyjohn on Thu Dec 02, 2010 9:20 pm

I was obese. I slept very little sleep every night I received a hamper sleep apnea. I have health problems because of my weight, I always feel tired. Until recently, I do not know how much sleep you really related to your weight. Why is that?

Ah, there are two, your body produces hormones called leptin and ghrelin. They seem to be able to control your hunger. These two hormones work together, but tell your brain something different depending on your sleep patterns.

You had a bad night's sleep, and then the next day things have not been able to eat enough to fill it? If you have such effects, these two hormones.

the production of ghrelin in your gastrointestinal tract and to tell you, you're hungry. Leptin, on the other hand, your fat cells and tells you that you are full. Well, this is sleep?

If you get enough sleep, which in part contributed to reduction in the level of leptin and ghrelin levels to promote your imbalance and you're hungry. If you get a good sleep, then your leptin levels, reduce hunger, you feel fuller, eat less.

There are a number of times, it is not the case, as my example and sleep apnea. They found some cases, the patient is not subject to these two hormones. Most have sleep apnea immune patient.

Although most of the time, and if you get a good night's sleep, 8 hours, you want to set your body for a great day to burn calories and fat destruction. If you are ready to repel categories within 6 hours of your hunger pains throughout the day.

I am agree with you but The effects of lack of sleep on the weight gain are very big. What's more physical effects of lacks sleep, the people that test the discovery of deprivation of sleep it difficult to muster the necessary energy to exercise, or preparing even healthy meals. The people that fight to slim should consider to examine their habits of sleep and consider the possible connections between obesity and sleep.

Over sleeping has virtually no effect on weight loss. Under sleeping can cause some slight gain in weight but it is such a small factor that you should forget about it. You need sleep for many reasons including healthy skin and nervous system.

If you sleep often, your body does not have an active metabolism, which means that when you eat, your body almost instantly stored as fat for later use. Sometimes they do not notice any fat gain, but can destroy the muscles that are not in use, so that the mass by mass not notice the difference until a gallon of milk decides to start to feel heavier.
