The Omni Berkshire Place Hotel in Midtown Manhattan is among the top luxury hotels in New York City. It's renowned for it's beautiful looks both inside and outside and it's top quality luxury accommodations.

What follows are some of the things that sets Omni Berkshire Place apart from the competition.

(#1) Location. Let's face it, no matter how nice the hotel is (and it's very nice) the most important part of being in NYC is not hanging out in your hotel but enjoying yourself in the Big Apple. It helps to be a prime location and this hotel certainly has that.

It's very close to Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Times Square, & Central Park. You will easily be able to walk from the front door of your hotel to any one of these locations (and many more, including the fantastic shops on 5th avenue!)

There are many fantastic restaurants in NYC (it's one of the main things I love about the city) but it helps when you have a great restaurant right in the lobby of your hotel and that's what you get when you stay at the Omni Berkshire Place Hotel. Fireside Restaurant features a stunning menu from chef Sam DeMarco including smoked prime rib and duck a l'orange.

(#3) Amenities. As you would expect at a fine hotel such as this, the amenities are fantastic. Among those that really caught my attention are the 24/7 room service and the massage/beauty center.

(#4) Beautiful Rooms. The rooms are very clean and fashionably decorated. The bathrooms are large and lovely. Sure, you should be spending most of your time in NYC enjoying the sights and sounds of this incredible city, but when you are inside it's nice to stay in luxury!
